7 tips to boost you Brain capacity

1. Don’t skip meals

For one, it’s important to make sure to eat. Even if you’re feeling nervous or nauseous, your brain needs the energy from food to work efficiently and stave off fatigue.
However it is important to ensure it’s a light meal so you don’t feel too full. If you eat a big breakfast or lunch before an exam, you could feel drowsy and heavy, because your body’s energy is being channelled to the digestive system rather than on giving your brain the energy it needs to function efficiently.

2. Eat protein

Take care to include brain-boosting food in your diet, such as protein-rich foods which can help you have greater mental alertness.
For breakfast, eggs, nuts, cottage cheese and yoghurt could form part of your meal. Fish, walnuts, blueberries, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, dried fruits, figs and prunes are also seen as brain foods. Alternatively, consider having whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk, eggs and toast with jam, porridge, oatmeal or sugar-free muesli.

3. Avoid food made with white flour

On exam day, steer clear of foods made of white flour, such as muffins, cookies and cakes, as they need added time and energy to digest. For the same reason, avoid eating protein and starch together.
In addition, don’t eat foods that are high in refined sugar, such as chocolates, desserts and sweets that will give you uncontrollable sugar highs and lows.

4. Drink water

Be sure too to drink enough water before and during your exam as dehydration can make you lose concentration and feel faint. For teenagers it’s also not a good idea to stock up on too much coffee, as the caffeine can increase your nervousness.

5. Pop a daily multivitamin

Take a multivitamin throughout for better memory and concentration. If you generally survive on junk food such as pizza and take-aways, a multivitamin can help supply you with some essential vitamins and minerals you may be lacking. Low iron levels especially can make it difficult to concentrate and learn, while vitamin B and zinc also strengthen memory and general brain functioning.

6. Pack the right snacks

On the day, carry healthy snacks such as energy, protein or granola bars, trail mix, almonds, walnuts or fruit with you to keep up your energy.

7. Sleep on it

Most important of all, is getting enough sleep. On the night before the exam, stop studying in the early evening. Then take it easy, have dinner, get your clothes ready for the next day, set a few alarms and get to bed early. To function at your best the next day, it’s not only the energy that comes from healthy nutrition you need, but also the energy that comes from adequate, restful sleep.

How to Connect PC Internet to Mobile via WiFi

As published by WIKIHOW Co-authored by Joseph Alexander This wikiHow teaches you how to broadcast your Windows computer's Wi-Fi connection to your smartphone. You can do this on any computer that has a network hosting-enabled Wi-Fi adapter installed, meaning that you won't be able to use many desktop computers for this process. Keep in mind that this process is different than using your smartphone's data as a Wi-Fi network on your computer. If your computer's Wi-Fi adapter doesn't allow you to create a hotspot, you can use Connectify to broadcast your Wi-Fi. METHOD ONE: 1. Open Start . Click the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of the screen. 2. Open Settings . Click the Settings gear in the lower-left side of the Start menu. The Settings window will open. 3. Click Network & Internet . It's the globe-shaped icon in the middle of the Settings window 4. Click the Mobile hotspot tab. This is on the left side of...

Share your WhatsApp Status to Facebook stories

If you haven't already seen this Back in June, WhatsApp began testing a feature that essentially lets users share their 'Status' updates as a Facebook Story. There hasn't been an official statement from WhatsApp or its parent company Facebook just yet, but the feature now appears to be rolling out the feature to all its users. See Now: WhatsApp to stop working on these phones by February 2020 Seeing the feature show up all of a sudden, several users took to Twitter to share what they'd seen, which led us to check ours phone to see if the feature shows up. In my case, it does show up on my Android phone running version 2.19.258, but not on my iPhone. This suggests that the feature is being rolled out in phases and won't be visible to everyone right away. SEE ALSO: Burna Boy - Another Story (feat.
